Lindsay is a post-master’s marriage and family therapist who believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen and connected. Having navigated her own personal journey of growth and healing, she brings empathy and compassion to her work with kids, teens, adults, couples and families.
She creates a warm, safe space where you can explore your challenges and emotions without fear of judgment. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, facing relationship challenges, or working through trauma, Lindsay’s desire is to be fully present so you may feel supported and empowered, helping you find your way toward healing and stronger connections.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her friends and family and doing anything outdoors, especially hiking and playing pickleball!
Lindsay is under the supervision of Lindsey Castleman, LMFT #1268
Who she sees: Children and Adolescents (0-18), Individuals, Couples and Families
What she helps with: Individual and relational issues, family of origin issues, pre-marital, anxiety, depression, trauma, adoption
Hourly rate: $135 with sliding scale available

Fun fact: While growing up in a rural area in Georgia, Lindsay competed in rodeos as a barrel racer!
Trainings: Obtained Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, CAMS-Care facilitator (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Gottman Level I certified
